Cancellation & Appointment Policy

Your time is important, and so is providing the best service possible! To help manage appointments smoothly and ensure everyone gets the care they deserve, I kindly ask for at least 24-hour notice for cancellations.

Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice): A fee of 80% of the scheduled treatment cost will apply.
No-Call, No-Show: The full cost of the scheduled treatment will be charged.

If you can’t make it to your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible—I completely understand that life happens!

Running Late? No worries! There’s a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. Just let me know if you’re on your way, and you’ll still get your full treatment time.
